My favorite part of these chef memoirs are the stories of kitchen coworker abuse. Such a crazy work environment. In the book, Buford works for a year at Babbo, then goes to Italy to study under a master butcher. He reveals a lot of cool behind-the-scenes tricks from the Babbo kitchen. The characters are pretty lively as well.
